Yes the market was hit hard in the last couple of years, especially if you watch the news.   However, the good news is that the smoke has cleared and it was corrected. Virginia Beach has always held somewhat stable through this challenging time because of our Military and being under 6.5% unemployment rate. The rest of the Hampton Roads area is comparable.
